Welcome to PJ by MZJ (Timeless Shimmers)! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking our permanent jewelry services. By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

PJ by MZJ (Timeless Shimmers) offers mobile and private event-based permanent jewelry experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Private Shimmer Parties

  • Boutique Pop-ups

  • Corporate and Special Event Collaborations

  • Permanent Jewelry Application

Our services are designed to provide a seamless, elegant experience for our customers, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

2.1 Booking Requirements

  • All appointments and shimmer parties must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly via our approved booking methods.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. This amount will be applied toward the final cost.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or digital payment platforms (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Square).

  • Gift cards and promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

2.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing their deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

 

3. Permanent Jewelry Terms

3.1 Eligibility & Responsibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent jewelry services. Minors (ages 14-17) require parental or guardian consent.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any skin sensitivities, metal allergies, or medical conditions before receiving service.

  • PJ by MZJ (Timeless Shimmers) is not responsible for skin reactions or personal injury resulting from the jewelry application or removal.

3.2 Jewelry Care & Maintenance

  • Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear but should be cared for properly to ensure longevity.

  • We do not guarantee that the jewelry will last indefinitely. Natural wear and tear, lifestyle factors, and improper handling may impact durability.

  • If a piece becomes damaged or breaks, repair services may be available for a fee, depending on the extent of damage.

 

4. Liability & Disclaimers

  • PJ by MZJ (Timeless Shimmers) is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from wearing permanent jewelry.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken jewelry after application.

  • By booking a service, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of wearing permanent jewelry.

 

5. Event Policies (Private & Corporate Bookings)

  • A minimum number of guests may be required for private shimmer parties.

  • If hosting at a boutique or corporate location, the event organizer is responsible for ensuring the space is suitable for the jewelry setup.

  • Travel fees may apply for events outside of [Insert Service Area].

 

6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

  • Your payment details are processed securely through trusted platforms (e.g., Square, PayPal). We do not store credit card information.

 

7. Changes to Terms of Service

  • PJ by MZJ (Timeless Shimmers) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

  • Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
