Cancellation Policy

Timeless Shimmers Boutique & Business Pop-Up Policy Booking & Deposit A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your pop-up date. The deposit will be applied toward the final event fee. Pop-ups must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Event Requirements A designated space of at least 6 ft x 6 ft is required for setup. Access to electricity is preferred but not required. The host business must provide adequate lighting and a safe, accessible area for customers. Fees & Revenue Share Pricing is determined based on event type, duration, and expected foot traffic. Two payment options: Flat Fee Model – A pre-agreed fee is paid upfront for the pop-up experience. Revenue Share Model – A percentage of total sales is shared with the host business. Cancellations & Rescheduling Pop-ups can be rescheduled once without penalty if at least 72 hours' notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. If the host business cancels within 48 hours of the event, they may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Marketing & Promotion Timeless Shimmers will promote the pop-up on social media, email lists, and website. The host business is encouraged to share promotional materials to boost event engagement. Co-branded marketing materials can be provided upon request. Setup & Breakdown Setup will begin 30–60 minutes before the event start time. Breakdown will occur immediately after the event concludes. The host business is not responsible for assisting in setup or breakdown unless otherwise agreed. Liability & Responsibility Timeless Shimmers is responsible for all jewelry, displays, and necessary equipment. The host business is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Timeless Shimmers will provide its own business insurance coverage for the event.
